There was nothing to like other than location was ok

Good location in the center of Jerez, a bit comfy beds , spacious room

I stayed two nights in the same room were it had 2 single beds, the first night one person charged me 30 Euro refering to be a double bedroom and the next day they charged me 25 euros refering to it only for single person bedroom, in fact it was the same room with two singles beds, I didn’t like the concept that they charge double or single prices for the same room!! The toilet was very small and uncomfortable it was impossible to sit on the toilet ( design error of the room) No car parking facility only outside where you should pay , the beds was basically clean but the covers was dirty ( it was 2 white staines of other persons thing !!) so imagine what I mean , In booking the price was 23 euros and when I told the check in staff he said no it’s 25 so while I was booking through the website he changed the price to 25 and I ended up Paying 25 euros very cheeky !!

Decent location; not a pretty street at all but near the edge of the old town and not too far from the train station. Interesting decoration in the hallways (a lot of things related to bullfighting). Clean and decently sized rooms. Air conditioning/heating unit can be regulated (although it is very loud). Reasonable price.

It is not clear from the site or pictures but lot of the rooms have no outside windows. Instead, they have windows opening straight onto the hotel corridor; you have to keep the blinds closed to avoid having everyone walking past looking straight at your bed from less than a meter away! This is not only claustrophobic but it means that there is no way of airing the room. My room had a slight smell, a bit like old cigarette smoke covered with air freshener, and there was no way to let any fresh air in (or to dry out the bathroom after showering). If this is how the building is shaped, they can't help that, but these rooms should be clearly indicated upon booking so that customers know what they are getting. I hate rooms without windows and I would never have booked if I'd known.

I didn’t think the staff were very friendly in the lobby. It definitely felt like a cheap motel stay, tile was loose on the flooring. The shower head apparatus broke the first night I was there, ...

Location was very good. Parking is a nightmare. It's a one-way street and very difficult to get back to. The hotel garage door wouldn't open; very awkward. Breakfast could be better -- maybe even more than one cup of tea/coffee. But that seems par for Spanish 2-star. The owner did try to help whenever possible. Spoken English is limited.

There was nothing I experienced I can say I liked about this hotel. It was a great disappointment.

I booked 4 months in advance for 3 nights asking for a room with balcony. What I got was a room on ground floor. It was dark, damp and cold with a window at street level. No privacy as people in the street could look into the room. The street was narrow with lot of traffic making terrible noise over the cobble stone pavement day and night.The aircon was inefficient and the room stayed cold and damp. The 2 star rating may apply to rooms on upper level with external windows. It does not apply to rooms on ground floor and internal rooms. Breaakfast was very basic and staff not responsive. To avoid similar disaappointment to mine make sure you will get upper floor room with external window. Otherwise consider staying somewhere else.

The location and price were really good. The room and bathroom were nice. It is a good place to stay, as long as you are looking for a simple place to stay.

There was TV in the room, but it did not work.
