B&B Hotel Jerez

The staff were professional & friendly. Even helped us solve an annoying problem where our cc was overcharged by we didn't know who. The charge was under the name of a company we couldn't relate to. Well, they went online and they solved the mystery! They were able to match both the name of the company doing the charging and the company providing the service. Such a relief. We were able to go back and collect our money without any problem. They acknowledged they were wrong and apologized. Thank you so much to all the staff personnel at B&B!!! Also loved the 24 hr COFFEE!! So good. We didn't not do breakfast. Location was awesome right in the Football Chapin stadium! Felt like we we're in front raw watching activities and even watched a football game one evening. Nice hotel at an affordable price. And oh YES! Strong WIFI!!!

No drawers to tidy our stuff during our lengthy stay. Nice hotel but not a 4 stars. I've stayed in many 4 stars before where the rooms were more spacious and accommodating. There's a small fridge, a big plus.

Good location to visit the Hipica.

No coffee making facilities in room, poor breakfast.

hotel is a little bit far from the city centre, but it was excellent for us as we used it as a base to explore Cadiz and Seville as well as three days at Circuito De Jerez. Free tea and coffee 24 hours is a lovely touch! Staff were so helpful, recommending restaurants in city centre, printing off train timetables and giving us directions.

Breakfast was continental which I expected but it could have been better. Bar area un-exciting and not a lot of choice of drinks.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and it was useful having the use of the underground car park.

We would have liked an in room safe, to save carrying out valuables with us. The breakfast offering was adequate, a bit more choice of cereal and prepared fruit would have been appreciated. The pathway outside the hotel was dimly lit.

Couldn’t change the language on the tv. There was no plugs underneath the beside tables. Rang the reception and they said they should be there but there was nothing

Comfortable, clean rooms. Walking distance to Hipica and other sports locations. Staff is helpfull

The temperature of the room wasn’t too good as it was too hot. Even when we switched off the heating system it was uncomfortably hot.

The breakfast were good but the other food offered for meals ( Pizza Pasta ) was very poor.

The food choice in the restaurant was limited and obviously not cooked on site. Microwave meals and unable to cater for gluten intolerance

Staff were friendly, and the hotel was nice. Great location for the sports stadium, and would be perfect if watching an event (cafe looks out over the grounds).

There wasn't a great breakfast selection. Cigarette butts in the bathroom, so not sure there was a thorough clean. A bit of a walk from the centre.

I like the overall hotel, and we were lucky to meet a couple Moto GP teams and racers during our stay in the hotel :)

Great to see into the Stadium. That's a different kind of hotel stay. Very good breakfast (compared to what you get in a smaller hotel), Spanish. 24h reception and not far away from the airport.

Staff not very fluent in foreign languages; sometimes hard to communicate with. Location not ideal if you do not have a car. The taxi ride to the city center was just 5€, though.

Fantastic views on the pitch of Xerez Football Club, very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff

It's a bit out of the centre, but worth the detour
