Blue Aegean Hotel & Suites

Nice staff, especially waiters - super nice, friendly, always helping with smile! Good food (can't say healthy, but good), especially pizza, just amazing! There is a lot to choose from, you can always find something that will amaze you. Lots of desserts, including fruits, cakes and ice creams. Good coffee, I really liked it! The drinks like rum & coke also good, however each one had a different amount of alcohol in it. The wifi is accessible in most of the places. The entertainments were nice, during our 4 days stay we experienced two dance shows and a live concert, it was great to just sit and chill with a drink. Very nice all inclusive, lots of food and drinks, there is no way you are gonna be hungry there! Very comfortable beds!

Starting from the beginning, when we arrived the room was not ready yet. We were offered a lunch and still had to wait around one more hour. After that the lady showed us our room, the door was open. When we walked in we were disappointed. It looked like it was older than my grandma and didn't smell nice. We just left our things and went to the beach. When we came back the odor was killing (then I understood why the door was opened when we arrived)! It smelled terribly bad like MOLD, after a closer look we could see lots of mold in the bathroom, dead insects on the walls, dirty coach and curtains (with something that I guess was blood), DIRT EVERYWHERE. We even checked what we booked on booking.com, because it was unbelievable. We went to reception to complain, the lady didn't seem surprised or bothered. She wasn't even sure what mold is in the first place! Just told us to come in the morning. I couldn't sleep that night, it was so uncomfortable, the air conditioning was not working, the window was very small so very little of fresh air was coming in, with the feeling that some insects may come from underneath the bed. Terrible!!! The next day different lady at the reception kindly apologized and promised another room asap. We were moved to newly renovated room (the one we actually saw and booked on booking.com). There was less mold in the bathroom and air conditioning was working, the room itself looked cleaner than the previous one. Even though my boyfriend considers this stay pleasant, I wouldn't go there anymore. All that situation was nothing like relaxing holidays. Beside that, some general drawbacks: Overcrowded pool, with sunbeds "booked" with towels and other belonging by fatty Brits as early as 8 a.m. Freaking annoying! Food aiming at satisfy Brits, with all that fatty and unhealthy snacks, fries, bacon, "baked" potatoes drowning in oil, sausages, desserts with unreasonable amounts of sugar.
