Only one positive point concerning this hotel is the behaviors and manners of some staff (Sassi , Sara, Saoussen , chef Moncef ) and on top of them the hotel manager “Imed” who was a good listener and noted all our complaints

No valet parking and no luggage porter are available (you have to do everything by yourself) , Late check-in (room was available at 4p.m) and unpleasant experience with the reception(when he has been asked about the check-in conditions as per the booking online , his answer was rude and he rejected any commitment to the online booking!), , Room cleanness was horrible -under beds not cleaned, mosquitoes on the wall, indifferent and unhelpful staff (restaurant staff selecting who to serve, you need to ask them 2 or 3 times to get what you need) , food at acceptable limit, paid safety box, most of the staff are unwelcoming except animation team who was smiling all the time .
