Everything, from the food,the staff,the location was just perfect. Guimaraes is the most pleasant, well maintained ,cozy etc.etc vacation destination! We will back!

Central position. Unusual decor. Lovely evening meal sitting in the square. Good choice of wines.
Very dark rooms - not enough lighting- and staircases/ corridors. Messy breakfast area. Only one member of staff. Tables were not bring cleared ready for re-use.

Location couldn't be more central (although you need to be aware that you cannot reach it by car), interior of the hotel is very modern, quiet and calm, and staff is very nice. Windows provide a good sound barrier (but then also less natural light)
