The location was nice. The entrance lobby was interesting. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries were a nice quality.

For a boutique hotel, there were serious design issues with this hotel beyond the lobby. The black walls with a dark purple carpet in the rear halls were a bit off putting with poorly timed lighting made it hard to find your room. However, the open/ no door bathroom and the glassed in toilet/ shower in a small room was really unacceptable and rather ruined our experience. The fact that there was no coffee in the room and one electrical outlet for computers phones etc not near the bed, was another negative. Finally, single use plastic glasses wrapped in plastic lacked any respect to our ecological challenges we all face.
