Location is fantastic, staffs are accommodating, room is good and excellent breakfast.

They don't have an iron at all in the hotel. A lot of hotels have iron provided in the room or at least one you can borrow at reception if needed. His reasoning is they source their laundry outside. We just need to iron clothes that are wrinkled in the suitcases. We travelled a lot but the only hotel without even 1 iron. It was inconvenient.

Very clean bathroom and toilet. Room was a big size with lots of space to keep suitcases. Very spacious and comfortable room. Perfect location. Cross the street and you reach Chapel of Apparitions.

The location to the Sanctuary is super-perfect -- you almost fall out of bed and on to the Cova (OK a little hyperbole here, but you get the point) The staff is so effective, helpful, polite AND they spoke English well. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Breakfasts are great. An easy walk to the bus station. Room was spacious, clean, well appointed. They had a kettle for tea and coffee.

That we had to leave after our 7-night booking was over.
