Faro Boutique Hotel

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice roof top terrace. Good location close to the Old Town. Reasonable and inexpensive breakfast. Clean , simple room and inexpensive. For the price it is an acceptable budget choice.

I’m not sure this can be described as a boutique hotel. The tiled floor was scuffed giving the room a somewhat shabby feel. In places the decoration needed some attention especially in the bathroom. The large window to the bathroom ( with blind) meant the entire bedroom was lit up when the bathroom was in use during the night.

Great location, easy to visit Faro and to get to train station. Breakfast was delicious with good options, and at request, they can provide gluten free bread. The staff, from reception and from breakfast buffet is very friendly, always ready to help you.

The shower doesn't look as being very clean (probably because of the tiles). The rooms are to the small size and the cover on the bed and those of the extra pillows were not that clean..

Quiet. Comfortable bed and warm.

No bathroom fan. Chairs in cafe needed replacing.
