Kjempe god service og hjelpsomt personale. Bra utvalg av div på roomservice menyen. Taxi kom som bestilt og var relativt billig. Dette er ett sted jeg mer enn gjerne besøker igjen!!
Litt kjedelig frokost, skulle gjerne hatt litt mer valgmuligheter men alt i alt helt greit. Rommet ble veldig varmt i løpet av dagen, så savnet aircondition.

Nothing
Everything staff are so rude after not giving are room after we booked they would not order us a taxi to go home as are phones where dead so rude we had to walk home from red cow to Firhouse. Absolute rip of last time I came they said they “needed 100€ deposit on the two rooms” next day I did not received my money back and left us waitin for at least half an hour to cheak out. And security guards at reception made my sister pay 20€ to let her up to are room we PAYED for already with 100€ deposit absolute rip of should be shut down.

The hotel is BRILLIANT responding to me. It's you booking.com that has let me down. This would have been sorted by now if I had dealt with the hotel direct. Not good reflection on you as an agent.
The hotel is on lockdown, I have sent you numerous emails, the hotel has agreed to refund the full amount to you in order for you to refund me. Please sort this as soon as possible.
