Hotel Bracara Augusta

The hotel was very nice. It was clean and the hotel was located in the centre of Braga. They had a small but nice bar area and the restaurant was very nice with a small outdoor sitting area in the back.

No parking. We had to park across the park and drag our luggage up three flights of stairs, across the park and into the hotel. This was a major pain in the butt. Also, there was no discounted rate at the parking garage. It cost us 21 euro to park there for little over a day.

Excellent location. Good rooom quality and decoration. Buffet breaksfast good (except coffee). Staff pleasant helpful and had good English.

Room walls too thin leading to a lot of noise from other rooms hence poor rating for comfort. For me this is a serious issue that ruins an otherwise good hotel. Breakfast coffee poor.
