Nice place to stay

Staff was very pleasant. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in so we chose to upgrade to a bigger room. The room, however, reeked of smoke so we went back and complained. They immediately changed us to another room. The hotel is in a great location, near restaurants and shopping centers. Public transportation is a block away. Breakfast is excellent. There is a rooftop pool and bar with a great view.

The bathroom lacks racks and hookscto hang wet towels and clothes. TV has limited English channels. Limited electric outlet for US plugs so bring adapters.

Rooftop deck and pool fantastic.

the staff in the lobby,the bar area and the restaurants were very friendly and accommodating.

the food quality in the restaurant was somewhat inconsistent..
