We stayed one night at this property and I think this is the maximum time one can stay. Nonetheless the host has been super kind with us and the house was close to the city center, the room was too small and had only one window facing internal stairs (making impossible to change air). Breakfast was good.

Room was a little bit small for 6 people, the sink in the bathroom was uncomfortable, no fan in the bathroom.
