We were impressed with the staff who were very friendly and helpful. They have a lot of repeat clientele for that reason The Hotel has a few restaurants to choose from so you can choose to dine in any one of them. The location isnt so great as it is out of town. If you are not mobile you will need to hire a car or take a taxi which are cheap and plentiful. The staff seemed to push their very expensive New Year dinner and there wasnt much choice. to dine elsewhere. They also naughtily put the costs of two New Years dinner on our bill when we hadnt even booked or attended the event which goes to show that behind the staff smiles there is the pound signs motive to make as much money as possible from their guests! We were not convinced the hospitality was genuine for that reason especially when the staff all repeated the same sentence - is there anything we can do for you. It seemed they attended a management school and were taught to say that
