The design and style of the hotel, the large (55m2) bungalows, the choice at the buffet, the products in the bathroom (Hermès), the massage shower and the friendliness of the staff (i.e. most waiters and the very professional staff at the reception).

If the buffet offered a large choice and fresh as well as tasty products, these remain rather simple in general. The "Entrecôte" was excellent! Real gourmets should probably try the gourmet restaurant of the hotel. The beach is a few minutes' walk away and the hotel is situated on a hill, but there is a bus shuttle and the hotel offers some nice pools. There is no possibility to get a single room.

The hotel is situated far away from the sea and from the city center.

This was a superb hotel, with very helpful staff giving excellent service and providing what I would assess to be some of the best half-board food that I have experienced. I recommend taking the half-board option for €35 per person per day from the outset. The pools were well kept, bar food was very reasonable and portions large for the price charged. The suite with upstairs private sun area and personal jacuzzi looking out to sea was a special touch and very well done. Golf was organized with absolute ease and free transfers by the hotel staff to local courses was provided free of charge. Finally, the al a carte restaurant was simply superb with the 7 course taster menu firmly recommended.

Noting this was a 5 star hotel, the staff were, on occasion, under resourced. It was not their fault at all as they worked very hard to provide us with great service, but a few more on duty during busy periods would have made the service even better. Also, the location is at the apex of a reasonably busy road which took the shine off what was otherwise a holiday oasis amongst a fairly built up area. That said, it was a relaxing 5 day stay for two adults.

Everything was nearly perfect. Breakfast - amazing choice and quality. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Overall style and design - excellent... But, people is the main asset of this Hotel - the personell is superp, helpful, proffessional and friendly. Exactly what you expect from a "real 5 star Hotel". Thanks !!!

The comfort, friendleness of the staff and the spa.

Evening meal was poor, in fact very poor for 40 euros a head. Eating out was so much better and cheaper. However Breakfast and lunch were always good.
