Food set out of rooms

Very well laid out, very clean, timely service, good food and drink, coffee is superb.

Some staff rude.

1. Entertainment staff were great and engaging. Kids have mini disco every night followed by shows or games/quizzes. As an example we did see snakes, Parrots, pray birds shows, there was a possibility to have your picture taken with the animals afterwards. Great kids definitely enjoyed these. 2. Heated pools for kid's and adults. 3. Food - caters for all. Breakfast has everything from continental to UK/ Irish. Lunch/dinner - always something to choose from fish, chicken, pork/beef. Only didn't like they over cooked brocoli and califlower and on second week every evening one of the meat dishes had too match salt in it and I mean a looot of salt (This never happened in first week though). We were greated also by a chef and he offered to cook for our toddler if we couldn't find anything he liked to eat. That was a nice offer we didn't took on though as he always found something he liked to eat from the buffet. 4. Location is great, close enough to beach and restaurants/bars.

1. For the first time in all my years of travel I have never encountered cleaning staff that cleans the room at around 2pm, if you travel with children who require naps this is not a hotel for you. 2. Also the dirtiest room in all my travels (hotel was clean itself just the room). You can forgive the run down hotel, but not the dust on the floors. What is the story of not washing the bedroom floor (just the middle of living room was washed ) or corners in both rooms, and not cleaning floor around units in bathroom. We left on purpose a small piece of tissue paper in one corner in living room in plane site of view to see if it will be brushed away. Noup two weeks later it was still there. Dust were rolling around the bedroom room by week two. 3. NO locks/ latch on entry door and room had 4 balkony sliding doors and all 4 locks were broken. I have a curious toddler and had to push table in front of the door to stop him getting out of the room. Dangerous for small kids, you have to keep an eye on them 24/7 once in the room. 4. Pool towel deposit 10e fair enough, but if you want that towel exchanged for clean one you had to pay 1e each time??? On all inclusive bases were normal towels are changed even when you have indicated that they don't need to be changed aka not on bathroom floor as suggested by hotel on their rooms information sheet. 5. Give BBQ restaurant a miss. We went to finish our meal in the regular buffet afterwards. It's just the same meat as butfet just cooked on grill with less side options to choose from. 6. LOUD - If you have children that go to bed before 11pm don't agree to stay in rooms that face pool and entry to the room is from the stage/ bar area. Very loud music untill them. We stayed in room facing street/ ocean view (loud during the night as they clean the street and collect rubbish during the night) and could still hear muted sound in bedroom from evening entertainment.
