The saltwater swimming pool was excellant and the reception staff were very helpful and efficient. The spa was very good and value for money

Restaurants were very poor quality for evening dinner. restaurant staff were courteous however they were very badly trained. not what should be expected from this class of hotel. There should be a business centre facility. I had to use the reception desk for some urgent business.

nice peaceful and quiet with plenty of space in and around the pool area with nice helpful pleasasnt staff

rooms are positioned like apartment blocks with some noisy dutch children playing football in among the grassed area causing damage to plants etc no respect to others should be a safe childrens sport area and signs showing no football rooms are very good but not 5 star food very good and entrance hall spectacular and worthy of 5 star
