It was really an amazing experience. The best thing was the hotel staff. They were extremely kind, pleasant and eager to help. Any issue we had with the room was immediately addressed. Any request we had for extra towels etc we immediately handled. The facilities are great and the breakfast was amazing. The gym is equipped with new machines and is really high-class gym. All was great during our stay.

This hotel is a lovely mixture of the traditional & contemporary. A collection of traditional Moorish-inflienced buildings surround courtyards and the huge pools & terraces complex, but inside public areas are sleek and not quite minimalist - and so much space! We first came to this as a recently-opened hotel in 2005 and the additions since then (more outside dining and entertainment areas) have made it spectacular. We can't wait for our next trip.

Gran Tacande is maybe the best hotel in Tenefife, light interiors, white and blue colors, beautiful architecture; perfectly located, right in front of the public beach, promenade, shopping centers and outside restaurants , clean and beautiful Extremly friendly stuff: Managers, reception, Guest Service, waiters, clearners.. everybody Staying there at 2-nd time, a lot of guests, but there's always a place to stay away from everybody ot join some parties with other guests Had a lovely time there, thank you

SPA procedures are quite expensive, thats why is non so popular maybe, something about configuration of the bath and toilet areas in the room

The stuff was awful. They made us run from one building to another at night that we have arrived. The cards to the rooms were not opening the doors and etc. Very unprofessional stuff
