Basically everything, the room was sufficient for our needs and convenient to everything. The ocean view was breath taking and the room was small but spacious for two people. The air condition in the bedroom also kept the entire place cool. But what really impressed us was the service that the staff provided at the front desk. We would love to stay there again. We would love to have a TV also in the bedroom.

location the shower head needs to be replace n the noise coming from construction on 2 sites surrounding the building made it almost impossible to sleep n the television had the worse reception iÂ´ve come across

Essentially....the location, away from the confusion of the "Beira Mar" touristic zone. The reservation was not correctly processed. I booked two rooms... The hotel reservation staff "decided" that I made an error during the reservation process.. And they change it to one room...
The staff, location, food was incredible. Best hotel I've ever stayed at, will be back real soon. Stay at a 5 star in Rio later during the vacation and we all wished we where back at this hotel in Fortaleza.
The staff were wonderful. Our flight was delayed and they were extremely helpful in getting us connected to the internet and bringing us drinks even though we had checked out hours before... Moreover, the breakfast is brilliant!

best location in Fortaleza and certainly one of the better hotels in a city where good hotels are lacking. Very friendly reception staff. Best views of the beach Chef at the breakfast omlette station was the only unfriendly person at the hotel.. but that was a fairly minor complaint...
Location on Av Beira Mar, good service at the reception, breakfast buffee, nice view over the sea, good cleaning of the room old TV equipment and very bad reception, low speed on internet, in fact not even acceptable

Location. Hotel needs more English speaking staff, especially during the evening. Also, for a hotel of this caliber, the bathrooms are missing boxes of Kleenex tissue.
Great food spread for breakfast. Pool nice but in shade so too cold. Very nice hotel. Near Market and nice atmosphere surrounding hotel. as above. Had to go to another hotel to get directions to Praia de futura on bus: rep at desk denied that bus goes there.We were unaware that the Meireles beach could be polluted until another guest advised of it.

The hotel has a good location, friendly staff, parking facilities in case you rent a car and good breakfast Everything was good in the hotel, however I'd recommend a room in a high floor as the front and lateral streets are quite noisy during the whole day
The staff was friendly, had a number of questions and they would answer in a friendly way and ready to help. Really noisy, there are 5-6 lanes of cars in front of hotel, and the windows are useless. Could also hear what was happening in the room next to me, windows and walls are non existant. No anemities were provided, such shower gel, body lotion, etc. The so called pools are very very small and the so-called gym is non existant (3 outdated machines) and on top of it, you have to pay extra money to use those machines.

Det beste var beliggenhet til strand, letthet ved å få kjøpt seg småretter til lunsj. Det var langt for å få kjøpt litt ekstra vatn, frukt, eller nødvendige artikkler. Souvenirbutikken på hotellet var ganske dyr, og hadde eig. ikkje det vi trengte ekstra. Dermed måtte vi i taxi for å få tak i det vi ville ha. Personalet var veldig dårleg på språk, 1 -2 personer som greidde å gjere seg forstått på engelsk i ein liten samtale.Frokosten var veldig bra, også middag, men lite variasjon og veldig lite sjømat mtp tilgjengeleghet til dette råstoffet. Det var ikkje hotell informasjon på romma, kun opplysning om romservice. Vi hadde problem med å forstå systemet med middag, og det var heller ingen info om at restauranten ein dag var stengt, Hotellinfo på rom. Betre reinhald på rom (lister var fulle av støv, også i kroker og kriker. Info tavle i resepsjon om det som foregår gjennom ei veke
Location did not get a room with sea view, chnaged the room for later view but got the repair works next door in the morning and in the afternoon from each side of the room, left late in the night for next leg of my journey. Coming back later in the week checked into holinn enjoyed it a bit more.
The staff were not fluent in English and this was a major difficulty. The hotel did the charges to my credit card while I was there without my knowledge on Oct 1, 2008. This created problems while trying to check out before leaving. They basically did not abide by the terms of the contract with Booking.com
The sea view and free wireless internet, good breakfast and spacious room nothing
Very few of the staff we could communicate with. And most importantly they removed from our credit card for 7 days instead of the 6 days we had booked for and stayed and at the last minute before we had to leave for the airport they still did not have a proper bill. I sent them an email but still no response I still do not have a bill to verify my stay and present to my company. Can you help?
Staff helpful, rooms cleaned every day to great standard, choice at breakfast good. Would recommend. Hotel in great position on Biera Mar, but unfortunatley booking map shows this hotel miles away, so people may not book if going by map location on website. Unfortunately the 5th floor of the hotel is being refurbished, but nothing was mentioned when booking, also a new hotel is being built across the road, so quite noisy during thy from about 07.00 am.

The swimming pool and the bar inside the pool were excellent. There was also a gym by the pool and the lobby was nice and cosy. Perfect for a big group like our. The breakfast was great with all the typical brazilian delicacies. The hotel is right in front of a beach, but that beach is really dirty, stinks, and you can't swim there. There are really nice beaches nearby but you have to catch a cab or a bus.

Nothing special, it is regular hotel. I've stayed in several hotels in my life (Sheraton, Four Points, Holiday Inn, Sofitel, etc.) and I have never experienced what happened to me in this hotel. Around 4.30 AM someone from cleaning service tried to enter my room while I was sleeping. She unlocked the door with her key and pushed hard, only to be stopped by an inside lock. Although I shouted her to get out as loud as I could, she took some time (I believe I woke up the entire floor). I will definitely never go back to that hotel (or any other Costa do Mar) in my life.
I was there for the World Cup and the hotel was located directly across the street from FIFA Fanfest. I don't know if it was Kayak or Holiday Inn, but one price was listed and once you go to book the room it's suddenly $80 more in "fees" and "processing." Felt completely ripped off by that. Not booking with Kayak again.
The room was comfortable and the hotel was in good shape. While the hotel has a pool, it is only sunny at the pool until 12 noon, as the hotel building blocks the sun thereafter. There is a beach directly across from the hotel, but it is unused since it used to be a garbage dump - everyone takes the bus to the main beach area.
The rooms were fantastic. I had a great night sleep The Internet. They have wireless, but not in the room, only wired in the room. But you have to buy the cable unless you have one with you.

Staff was very responsive. Breakfast was good. Bed was too old and lumpy. Bathroom had mold and a broken toilet seat. I did not like the key system used.

The check-out Checked in with 2 children. Nowbody took care of us. The receptionist were talking with other people which arrived later. No baby basket were prepared (as asked in the reservation). I had to write the arrival card by myself. Remark by the unfriendly hotel staff: booking.com do not provide reservation details. Finally I asked to speak to the hotel director, which was not available....
