The location is directly beside the Rexall Stadium and direct access to the Capilano (Wayne Gretzky Drive). Clean rooms with individual Telus wireless routers for each room, so no worry of other people spying on your browsing (I checked). The rooms felt clean, but also very renovated with modern updates. You could tell the building has been kept up, like it has been around for a while. The breakfast in the morning was great. Make your own waffles, or toast or there is also chef cooking scrambled eggs as well as sausage links and a few more things I don't remember, all placed in serving trays like a small buffet. No mention that the free parking is a parkade with height restrictions. We had a 1-ton dodge with a horse trailer which would not clear. They did find a spot for us in the alley and a parking pass though so that was good.
Location was excellent Rooms were dirty and very out dated. Had to change rooms because of the cleanliness. They say, their rooms have been renovated but they are not up to my standard. No bar at the restaurant, only buffet.
Very helpful staff, clean rooms and quiet
The size of the room, the kitchenette. Because I was a younger person checking in, she treated me like a child. Kept telling me to "not expect the full deposit, since...I know your type". I'm actually a very respectful person, just wanted a room close to the coliseum for an event and the only other ones where booked. Over all, didn't like it. The person dealing with us was rude, very unhygienic, assumptutious. I won't stay there again. The walls were paper thin and people were banging around all night. At one point my door handle jiggled. Didn't feel all that safe. Then in the morning as I'm sitting by the window eating my brought with dinner, I watched my neighbor go to his vehicle with two rifles. Only like .22 type guns, but that still didn't make me feel any better. Needless to say, I don't recommend it. The room itself was neat and not unclean or anything, even though it was a non smoking room, it stunk like cigarette. An odd feature, the only lights were lamps. Th bedroom had two night stand lamps and the main room had one single standing lamp. Wasn't very convenient.
