The room was very spacious and the hotel is bright, modern, and clean. Good price but mainly made up of business travelers (we were on our honeymoon). Didn't try the restaurant/bar (Smoods) on the first floor because the priced seemed absurdly high. Would be great for a longer term business stay because of the separate desk area in the room. Not much negative to say. The location is a bit of a hike from the tourist hotspots like the Grand Place. It's close to the Botanique metro station which was convenient but it would have been nicer to have a quicker walk to the city center instead. If you do walk to the city center from the hotel, make sure to walk through the gardens and then down Rue Neuve - it's much nicer than walking between all of the business buildings.

Very modern, well designed hotel. Helpful staff. Nice size, comfortable room. Our room weren't cleaned properly on our arrival, the trash was still there and there were strings of hair in the bath tub.
The room is big for the price we paid. The bar downstairs was nice and the bartenders were friendly and even made us specialty drinks that weren't on the menu We got to the room late in the evening, the receptionist gave us our room key. When we got to our room, our key didn't work. This happens sometimes so we weren't too upset. I came back downstairs and told another guy at the desk that we had just arrived and that our key didn't work. He fixed it and apologized, we headed to our room. When we opened the door, a woman shot up out of bed and asked "who's there". I felt terrible. Tried to apologize quickly as I spun out the door. I went back down to the desk and the people working had figured out what happened because the lady I walked in on called the front before we got down. They gave a voucher for 1 free glass of wine or beer and gave us the new key and apologized once more. When I turned to walk away, I realized that the same room that we just interrupted that woman in was still written on the key holder card. I turned and told him "this the same room we just came from". He said "oh, oh, I'm sorry." And gave me the right number. But he almost sent us back to the wrong room a third time. All kinds of other things went wrong while we were there. Loud construction RIGHT outside our window at 6am every morning. We were told we would get a five dollar voucher for the bar for every morning we didn't get our room cleaned and we never got it. 4 days in a row, we didn't want our room cleaned. We didn't care about the voucher, but when we went to the desk to ask for an extra bottle of water for our room (which comes with a free bottle of still water and sparkling every morning if you get it cleaned) the desk attendant said we couldn't have free water if our room hadn't been serviced. But when I mentioned that we never received our vouchers, there was some reason we couldn't get that either. I was so frustrated from no sleep from the construction and all the other issues (many of them too small of importance but also too many to list) that I stopped listening to their reasoning. I had decided that I'll never stay at this hotel again. Which is unfortunate because I had stayed there one night last time I was in Belgium. I didn't have much interaction with the staff as it was another late night. I just needed a bed for the evening. My only complaint was the location was kind of inconvenient but after this experience, i realized the problems are far worse than the location
Great breakfast simple fresh room decor Hotel will not loan adapter most basic thing in most hotel bug charged almost 10€ for one. Stayed with other hotels in area none does this
I liked the fact that the rooms are of good size, as well as the cleaness of the hotel in general I found few employees quite rude. There is one called MC that is very rude. I also didn't like the fact we didn't have water in the room fridge and we need to ask for water downstairs in the reception.
The rooms are spectacular for a 3 stars hotel and the staff is very kind and helpful.
We liked the art work in the room and the TV prompter for information The staff was really rude when we were checking out. There was a problem with an overcharged credit card and they made it to seem like it was our fault and took forever to fix it. Also the location was close to a bad neighborhood and it was really far from the city center
The staff were very friendly and helpful. You were able to choose your room based on the decoration. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Also, the hotel is very close to a tram station and about a ten minute walk to the train station. My room was very clean and seemed new. Also, why go for a hotel breakfast when you can buy a delicious waffle in the Grote Markt? The deadbolt on the back of our door wasn't working properly, but the room still locked.
My room was spacious and they offer a good buffet breakfast with a wide range of choices. The free wi-fi in all rooms also came in handy. The hotel is close to the metro and bus- and tram stops. They are currently undergoing a big revamp and as such parts of the hotel are under construction. I experienced a bit of construction noise, but there were no problems regarding dust etc.

As I only stayed for one night checking in at around 21hrs and checking out the next day at around 09.00 in the morning, I cannot say much, except that the breakfast was super, though rather on the high side as regards to price! One small thing - the shower did not have any small shelf where to put the shampoo, soap etc, whilst taking the shower. This proved to be rather inconvenient!
Location was convenient for traveling around Air conditioning was temperamental and with the window open the traffic was noisy. Extremely expensive breakfast meant that we ate at Cafés.
Location and gymn facilities. Staff trying to overcome the personal complains about the lack of quality of this room. As member of the Hilton Honours I was hosted on a floor for general guests.

The room was comfortable and had all required facilities. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the facility to play MP3 player through the radio (except it didn`t work in my case!)

The price was acceptable, but the hotel is currently under renovation, so it was a bit confusing to find it if you're new to Brussels. For a short business stay, it was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is a bit overpriced for what is offered, and the rooms could use some attention to repairs. In my room, the two bedside wall lamps were both beginning to come away from the wall, which seems a bit dangerous.

Free Internet access (WiFi) worked fine. Traffic noise made it difficult to rest. Price, 140 EUR a night was much too expensive.

Hotellet var rimelig, og lå i et rolig og sentralt strøk. Nærheten til red light district var ikke til sjenanse. At frokost ikke var inkludert. I beskrivelsen snakkes det om frokostbuffet, men på infivideoen på hotellet ser frokosten mer ut som kontinental frokost. Virket lite fristende på meg, som da heller ikke gikk inn i frokostrommet.

Hotellet ligger rimelig sentralt til (noen minutters gange fra enden av handle-gågaten Rue Neuve). 5 min å gå til metrostajon Rogier. Ok resepsjonsbetjening. Valgte hotellet pga. det var t av de rimeligste en uke det var svært vanskelig å få rom i Brussel. Ligger i et litt dårlig nabolag, på grensen til horestrøket. Ikke bare hyggelig å gå der om kvelden.
Good location. Placed on 6th floor where wifi extremely poor, no lifts, had to carry luggage to top floor, reception staff utterly clueless when asked about anything and sets a very bad first impression. Bathroom not so great after 6 people had been through it.

They were helpful and friendly. The hotel was convenient to get around Brussels, and it was in a safe location. We took our kids and the room was spacious. There was no air conditioning and no breeze. It was quite hot. We did try opening the window, but then you have to contend with the city noise.
Room was clean, located fairly well no sink in bathroom or room had to use shower to wash hands, access to kitchen was locked up like everything else, the B&B seemed like a halfway house and didnt feel particularly secure while there

The bathroom had a very good shower. Also the location of the hotel is very good, with supermarkt around and the metro station too. The bedroom had a strange smell of "vinager", but it was clean.

Hyggelig lite hotell, god service, fikk følelsen av et familiehotell. Men - det egner seg absolutt ikke for mennesker med fysisk funksjonshemming Hotellet har to meget smale trappeoppganger uten forbindelse mellom de to deler av hotellet. Som arkitekt ser jeg noen forbedringsmuligheter med en planløsning med en større trapp i stedet for to altfor smale og steile små trapper. Det er ikke enkelt å løse, men mulig. Men jeg regner ikke med at det er den slags forslag til forbedringer det blir spurt om?
