Clean and comfortable. Good valet staff. $50 parking... conveniently not mentioned prior to arrival. Asked for 2 queens and got a king. Nothing but 20-somethings in the lobby any time I was in it (ZZZzzzzzz). As I almost live in hotels, I care about the mix for my own sanity and it would be nice to have a more professionally/intellectually diverse mix. Inconvenient access to AC plugs at the desk. Occupancy sensors suck. No mint:)

Excellent location Restaurant was late opening for breakfast and we had a medical appointment so we were on a tight schedule. Food and service was excellent, however.
location only one person behind the counter on june25th saturday at 3 o'clock. had to wait in line for twenty minutes even though i had booked on line!!. some people in front of me were trying to get a cheap room for the following monday!!!??? I wasn't told by the person at the counter that it didn't come with a continental breakfast the next morning and at over two hundred dollars , I felt that it should have ,so I had to find my way to whole foods for breakfast. Also, the ice machine on my floor was out of order, and I had to go to the 10th floor for ice The worst thing was that the two key cards for the room wouldn't work properly after several minutes o fighting with it!!!??? I have blood pressure problems and am a disabled vietnam veteran. I was hoping that it would have been a lot less stressful...... the faucet in the shower didn"t work properly....
Clean Quiet Allowed to park (free) early before check-in Location great for accessing the T I had car trouble, and all I was told from the staff was "Call AAA". There was no request if I needed any assistance or followup. Area around hotel not very nice
Staff very insensitive - Trip was to testify in court because of my son's severe schizophrenia so that I could make medical decisions on his behalf - court date changed at last minute and they would not allow me to get a credit to move the reservation date because I booked with a travel service and not them directly. I did NOT want a refund - I just wanted some consideration to have them keep my $892 for 2 nights and move my reservation to the rescheduled court date - the manager of the hotel simply said "life happens" - they have no idea of a parent's grief over a very sick child. VERY DISAPPOINTING
