Fordeler: Once I talked to a manager about my problems, everything got straightened out, the changes were correctly made and they even gave me a deep discount for my troubles.
Ulemper: The people behind the 866 number were completely useless in problem resolution and could not forward me to the local airport facility or give me a direct number to call. As such, I eventually had to drive down to the airport again and talk with a manager to get things straightened out. The problem was that they dropped a car off at the FBO I landed at, but it was someone else's car and they never asked me to sign for it. As a result, when I needed to extend the rental and change the drop off location, all of the reservation numbers, car numbers and names on reservations were wrong and everything was hopeless screwed up.

Fordeler: Pick up office staff was great, loved the car and price
Ulemper: An employee in the parking lot at drop off who was extremely rude and a very poor communicator. She was not identified as an employee in any of her clothing and honked repeatedly and yelled. We had never been here before.
