The service of breakfast Buffett staff is excellent and make you feel good in the morning specially Nadia & Rony The furniture & curtains are tired, the bed sheets were not changed although we stayed 7 !

Nothing Shuttle cost more than Taxi, carpet in the room had stain. I could have stayd for alot less. What a shame for Radisson name!

Being a neew building,elegant staff, and good service,friendly at receiption. very poor view of the sarrounding area...scarecity of taxis which are expensive.

when i checked-in the hotel did not have my room ready eaven thou i called and sent an e-mail to duble-check and also conferm my reservation when i came from a long trip the hotel keept my wating for 2 houers and then the said we are sorry because we are over-booked and they put me in a suit with some friends for lack of rooms ...... thats somthing i did not accept yes the over-booked story and the 2 houer wait even i came after midnight

The hotel ambience and facilities Yes, fiirst of all, the front desk service is very poor and the staff is totaly unqualified for such five star hotel. Secondly, I've never seen a hotel that charges its guests for the valet parking.

The room service is good for its value. All hotels as acomplemantary put kettele for tea & cofee, here they did not.

There are a hotel role says its not aloud to inter the pool area at night for the restaurant there because am wearing my abayah (a traditional dress women wares in gulf country) that I can except in a non Arabic country but not in an Arabic wish know our culture
The Amethyst pool area is amazing. feels really VIP and the staff there treat you like royalty and make the effort to talk to you. Pool service is a little slow.

breakfast was good construction on the other half so no pool available. although I called the hotel before the stay and they confirmed they have a pool, somehow the staff forgot to mention that it is closed for construction site for at least another 6 months or one year!!!!
The location is good/ Excellent. There was not a swimming pool because of construction however I have charged full price, it is really expensive for what it is. No Gym, no swimming pool, breakfast is very poor..

Nothing... The restaurant where we used to have breakfast was below average..tables werent clean, or the staff wasnt caring enough for guests.. each time, we had to call them to clean the table for us. there were flies in the buffet . in my room, the towels were awful.. you should really have a look to the towels... they lost their real colour... the light of the bathroom was so dull ..the hotel charged us 40 $ for the taxi that picked us up from the airport, altough they told us on the phone that it will only cost 30 $ and when we asked why? they answered that because the aeroplane was delaid so the driver had to wait for us so thats why they increased the charges... something that no other decent hotel will do. For me, no more Monroe.
I like the secure feeling by staying at this hotel and its location Yes I did, one of the staff at the Reception used to be very rude with the customers especilly if they are from Gulf countries like. He took from me down payment 4000us Dollar (on hold on my Master card) on my first night at the hotel asi checked in on 18th, July 2010. In addtion I paid another 4000us Dollar cash as a eposit for my 15 nights there. Besides, whenever me or my family needs a service his answer was no most of the time. I can't remember his name but he was on duty at the reception on the date of my arrival 18/7/2010 at 7:30pm.
