Breakaway Retreat

Breakaway Retreat is located in Whangarei Heads, which is 30km east of Whangarei. Breakaway Retreat is situated on a private two and a half acre waterfront property, with a variety of native trees and plenty of bird life. There is a large sweeping lawn which winds its way down to the beach. There is also plenty of room to kick a ball around or for children to play on. Breakaway Retreat is a purpose built 2-bedroom self contained house, with open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, large bathroom, separate laundry and wrap around decks to relax in and enjoy the spectacular sea views. Breakaway Retreat can accommodate up to four people. Breakaway Retreat is situated only 20 meters from the beach; this is an ideal place for the family or a romantic retreat for two. Whangarei Heads Harbour is ideal for kayaking, fishing, water skiing, diving, sailing, windsurfing, coastal walks or just relaxing on the beach soaking up the sun. There are a number of boat ramps nearby for launching small runabouts or sailing vessels. Once you have launched your boat you can then anchor your boat in front of Breakaway Retreat for easy access during your stay.
