With its romantic turkish style it fits perfectly into the typical village quarter of selcuk near the turkish aegean. Idyllically set on a hill it offers guests a nice view of the town, the castle and the basilica of st. John dating back to the 6th century. Providing 24 double rooms with a total of 50 beds our establishment belongs to the small hotels characterised by a peaceful and informal atmosphere. Set aloof from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet within close proximity to the ancient past, our hotel is the ideal venue for those who want to retreat into their “own four walls” and to forget the cares of everyday life. Since the panorama - hotel rilican is managed by german proprietors it goes without saying that german is spoken. A roofed terrace on the top floor serves as a breakfast lounge and offers a superb view of the town. The room can also be used for other purposes. The hotel is home to a public room with a tv corner with german channels as well as a bar for glorious celebrations. Guests profit from a grill facilities outside. Numerous interesting destinations such as the old town of ephesus (3 km), the house of the virgin mary, which is believed to have been her last home (7 km), the kusadasi harbour (18 km) and the samos island (50 km) are within easy reach from the hotel. When coming from the izmir airport drive towards the town of selcuk until you reach the junction controlled by traffic lights (town centre). The road straightforward takes you to aydin, the one on the right to kusadasi and the road to the left leads to the town centre. You have to drive to the town centre until you reach the barrier and then you drive 200 m straightforward. Then you turn to the left and drive along the street until the crossing.
