Hallmark Hotel started operations in February 2004, the Hotel is uniquely family friendly as we do not have Clubs or Bars on premises. Located in Al Riqqa – Deira, Hotel is an ideal address for leisure and business minded guests alike. Shopping malls, central business district, International Airport all within a few minutes reach. The property has undergone various refurbishments last of which was done just few months back.

Star Café – Multi cuisine restaurant located on the 1st Floor with daily buffet of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. International Ala carte menu is also available here.
Star Mingling – A new Chinese Specialty restaurant (soon to open), also located on 1st Floor, Restaurant timing: 19:00 till 23:00, please visit to pamper your self.
Olive Coffee Shop, located at lobby lounge serves Star Bucks Coffee besides various snacks, sandwiches and ice cream.
Health Club Facilities: Health club is located on the last floor of the Hotel and facilities include:

Swimming Pool, Steam Bath, Sauna, Gymnasium can be used free of charge by resident Room guests while the Massage Center & Beauty Saloon services are on payment basis.
Leisure Shuttle: Daily Beach Transfer for Room Guests to Mamzar Beach at 09:00 and return to Hotel is 12:00. Daily Shopping Trip to Deira City Center at 16:00 and return time is 20:00. There is 1 shuttle at given timings and guests will be allowed to use service as per seat availability. Fees apply for these services.
Airport Transfers: Dubai International Airport transfers to Terminal 1, 2 and (soon to open terminal 3) service is available. Transfer fees apply and advance booking is mandatory.
Check-in / Check-out timings: Hotel standard check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. Please note early check-in can be granted, upon availability at extra charges. Late check-out of room between 12:00 till 18:00 will be subject to retention charges. Any late check-outs after 18:00 whole night room rate applies.
Internet: Internet access is available in guest Rooms and wi-fi in lobby & Coffee shop area. LAN connection inside Rooms. Connection cables available at reception.
