It was brought to the hotel in 1926 from the steamship 'orontes' which sailed between australia and the uk. The hotel was recently refurbished and is located in the centre of the picturesque town of aberdour. Each of the hotel's bedrooms is decorated and furnished in a very individual style and is named after a scottish clan.
