The hotel was opened in 1991 in the Berlin-Tiergarten district, an excellent location neighbouring the government area of the capital. The underground line number 9 stops next to the hotel and is only two stops from the famous Kurf�rstendamm. The new main train station "Hauptbahnhof" is only 1 mile away. Numerous bus routes provide convenient connections to anywhere in Berlin. The hotel's 49 guest rooms were designed with the business person in mind. All rooms provide luxury, comfort and functionality including W-LAN. The average size of the rooms is 26 square metres. In 2010 a redecoration of 16 rooms has been finished. The new rooms offer TV flat screens, wood panels and modern furniture in a bright coloured ambience.
